Candidate should:
·    Preferably ba an MBA from an HEC recognized university with a minimum of 3 to 5 years retail experience
·    Be between 25 to 30 years of age
·    Be aggressive enough to take up new challenges
·    Have good analytical skills and understand the importance of bottom Line in business
·    Be equipped with good communication skills and have a pleasant personality
·    Be flexible in timing since it is a mall-based (retail) and hold a valid driving license
