Job Description:
Our client, a multinational insurance company, is currently seeking to recruit a Temporary Call Centre Team Leader to join the dynamic team for a 3-months temporary assignment.
Your primary role is to look after the Company’s interests at the third party call centre and to act as team leader for the activity within the call centre.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Achieving sales targets set for each campaign in the call centre.
Daily telesales agent management and monitoring.
Daily MI generation and campaign metrics management.
Daily audit calling and monitor compliance to approved telesales script.
Designing, administering and tracking incentive programs both weekly and monthly.
