Customer Service Officer (Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam)

Job Purposes :
Answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling service requests; maintaining and updating customers’ database.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls.
Handle all customer enquiries and service and fault support.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues.
Fulfils service requests; completing Navision transaction; forwarding service requests.
Maintains and updating customers’ database by entering information.
Answer questions about the product details.
Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with their appliances.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS ;
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): customer service, MS Office.
Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
1-2 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service Field.
Must be willing to work at Hicom Glenmarie – Shah Alam
Preferably Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Salary can be up to RM2800

REQUIRED SKILLS :
Listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
Fluent in English.
