Candidate will be responsible to:

- Liaison with clients to get their requirements

- Manage a team of software developers and designers

- Assign tasks to team and ensure implementation

- Ability to multi task and use innovative management techniques

- Mentoring and guidance to team members

- Design and Execute large scale web based development projects

- Good written and verbal communication skills and a good team player
- Must have team, time and project management skills
- An IT professional with at least 3 years of work experience
- Good analytical & designing concepts of application development using Open source and Microsoft technologies
- Must have work experience of PHP, ASP.NET, AJAX, C# or VB.NET, HTML, MS SQL 2000/2005
- Good hands on experience on project management tools
