Job for Manager OD at Army Welfare Trust, Rawalpindi

Job Description:

1. Develop the new concepts in HR processes and systems (Policies and Planning, Organizations Structure, Diagnostic Reviews, HR Audits, Source and Select, Reward and Retain, Develop and Council, Redeploy and Retire, Manage information and communication)

2. Creation of action plans and strategy for development and implementation of HR processes & systems.

3. Assisting in the process of conceptualizing, developing and implementing projects in Organization Design and Development.

4.Design HRD plans, Budget Allocations, Conduct trainings as per HRD plan, coordinate with training institutions, Monitoring and evaluation of training IN ORDER TO enhance the capacity of AWT employees and better output from their roles and responsibilities.

5. Facilitate in the Business Process Re-engineering activities, mapping and implementation of operational processes in Head office and in all Business units IN ORDER TO increase the efficiency of processes
