Job Description:

Design, develop, and implement high-quality dynamic web applications
Create and execute project work plans and conduct revision as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate/suggest alternative business solutions

Professional standards-based web development using ASP.Net, HTML
NET based language (C#, VB.Net)
WWF (window workflow foundation) in framework 3 and above
Experience in MOSS 2007 using workflows and InfoPath technologies
SharePoint, SharePoint designer and MS Office (2007) integration
Good working knowledge of SQL 2000/2005 and SQL Reporting Services
AD and Exchange server scripting
Experience using Visual Studio or related IDE
Experience with a variety of Content Management Systems
Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications
Understand browser-specific compatibility issues
Expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric software, with focus on usability
Ability to consistently deliver high-quality services on schedule
